Welcome to my blog! This is so very new and exciting for me! I just began the Interior Design program at Randolph Community College this past fall and I am learning so much. My time here has already helped me to gain confidence in myself and I have learned that interior design is not all about color and arranging the furniture! It is so much more than that! There is alot involved in the design process and we are learning the ins and outs of that process.
I have enjoyed design and designing things my whole life. My husband and I bought an older home as a fixer upper and we have continuously been redesigning the same home for over 20 years now. There is always some kind of remodeling going on in my home - even if it is just changing a paint color! So I already have lots of life experience in interior design - now to learn the rules of design. The classes here at Randolph Community College have been very informative and mixed with fun. The friends that I have made along the way have made it even more enjoyable. Follow along with me on this journey of interior design - it's going to be an adventure!
